Today I want to share a few of the projects I've made with the newest lines.
This fun layout using the new Magical Moments line was a based on a sketch from My Scraps & More sketches. Such a fun design and so easy to use the great graphics on the paper as my main design element.
This one from the All Star Baseball line was super fun to put together! I love these photos of my son doing his "thing" at catcher. He really loves it and this line makes it so easy to build a great page of memories.
And my favorite line from the release, Fastpitch!
I just LOVE this line! The colors are fantastic and play to the sport not team colors, so it really goes with whatever color your team may be.
I created this fun page using the line and it's fun quotes.
I think this is my favorite project with the line tho. I love this fun spin on a new song and had a blast making these for my daughter's softball team this season.
This is my last post as the Moxxie co-ordinator.
I'm definitely sad to go. My love for the Moxxie company, products and people I have had the privilege of working with will be lasting.
I love this craft and the friends I've made through it.
Just for fun, I thought I'd leave you with the layout that got it all started for me and it's still one of my favorites:
Good Morning! How was everyone's Memorial Day weekend? It was quiet and rainy around my place, but very welcomed. The kids are mostly done with activities and out of school for the summer. I'm ready for life to slow down for just a little bit! ;)
Today I want to share with you some really fun Birthday cards I made using one of Moxxie's new lines- Magical Moments.
This line is so bright and colorful! I love how the colors are perfect for summer but it's the perfect line for any Disney trip layouts or projects! Such a cute fun line. Want to see the cute Birthday cards I made using that adorable line? ;)
The really awesome part is when you open them! I used the same technique on all three for the inside but they all look different. We'll start with the first card on the left. The base of this card is black cardstock I then cut out a piece from the Magical Moments Cutouts and layered. Next I stamped the sentiment right onto the cutout.
Now for the inside.....
I created a little "gift" with some balloons that I cut out freehand out of some of the scraps I had from this same line. Then tied on some bakers twine to the ends of them and stamped my sentiment along the top.
For the next card I started out with a red sheet of cardstock for the base. I then rounded up some scraps I had and cut the ends to created little banners. Then using a black journaling pen to create some faux stitching around the edge.
Onto the inside. I love stars!
Last but definitely not least..... For this one I used a yellow cardstock base layered with a piece from the sheet Dreams Come True. Next I added "Happy Birthday" using Moxxie's Black Alpha's. I then used the banner from the sticker sheet, added some Imaginisce jewels in between each one and a few by the sentiment.
If you thought one "gift" was cute, in the first card you'll really love this one! I love how adorable the gifts look stacked up. I wrapped some ribbon on each one and added bows, to really make them look like gifts
Now I told you at the beginning that I had used the same technique for the inside of all three cards. I found this awesome pin on Pinterest and had to give it a try. To see it ClickHERE.
I loved how fun and easy these cards were to make!
Making a box card has been on my "papercrafts to do list" for a long time. Last week I got busy and made this one, using Moxxie's fantastic new Magical Moments line.
I began with a plain white box card. I covered the top parts of the box with the b side of the Magical Cutouts paper. The large star sticker was added to the front flap.
The bottom parts of the box and the back were covered with the Wishes paper. I backed the Main Street Signpost (from the cutouts paper) with the b side of the Magical Memories paper.
I used many of the Magical Moments papers and a Tim Holtz die for the flowers. I layered flowers, adding black cardstock behind some and putting enamel dots in the centers. The Family sticker was put on a small dowel stick. I cut the stars from the front of the Wishes paper and layered them together.
Thanks for stopping by. Hope your day is magical!!
Springtime is a wonderful time of year, new newness everywhere.
New flowers, new babies at the zoo, new nice weather and it's a season of new craft materials!
So, along with Moxxie's new Magical Moments line I also tried a new tool too.
(But, this post isn't about the tool!)
I love how Moxxie has been incorporating 3 x 4 card sheets and titles, along with new alphas, because it opens up to a whole new generation of crafters! I cut up my 12 x 12 papers to fit into a 12 x 12 clear page protector and used a fun new tool to "fuse" my personal size pockets.
I used Moxxie stickers on the outside of the protector and paper elements on the inside.
I also combined the original Magical Moments line with the new, they went together flawlessly.
I love the new alphas that came with this line but couldn't help myself by adding the older one too.
I love the custom look of this and can't wait to see a whole book of this concept!
I started by cutting the dreams come true paper down the middle longways at the 6 inch mark (cause you know i love making 6x6 cards) and used the right half with the castle and folded it in half. I then cut a piece of the left bottom of the same sheet of patterned paper and made a mat for the inside of the card.

I then used the banner sticker from the magical cardstock stickers elements and black alpha stickers for the front and inside sentiments. Lastly, i highlighted how pretty the paper is by using silver stickles, black stickles and crystal effects along with a few sequins and handmade lil flowers.
When my daughter was 4 years old we took her to Disney World. We had lots of fun riding in the teacups, eating at the restaurants and shopping at all the gift shops. One of Megan's favorite things was when the characters signed her autograph book.
I decided to make a keepsake for my desk using this photo of Minnie signing Megan's book. I am so excited about Moxxie's new Disney line called Magical Moments! The line is fabulous, colorful and perfect for my Disney pictures.
I began my project by punching the large doily from the b side of the Daisies paper. Next I die cut a red scalloped circle from the Wishes paper. I cut the circle in half and tucked the pieces behind my photo. A star punched from the b side of the Wishes paper and a red heart were pop dotted to the piece. A small black bow and the "Let the Adventure Begin" sticker were added last. The top of the piece was done.
The base of the metal piece was already painted red, however, it needed something more. I got out my flower punches and the Magical Moments papers and got to work. I layered the base with flowers, pop dotting them and adding enamel dots to the centers.
I'm really pleased with my finished project. I loved using the Magical Moments papers and stickers - and I'm sure that you will love them too!

I've never been to Disney, but I do know that if I went, I would need plans. Numbers, flight info, hotel info, things I wanted to do... I would want it all in one place. I also would like a way to jot down memories as they happened. A small notebook is perfect for this!
I used the new Magical Moments collection to decorate the notebook...
This is small, fits in a bag, purse, even a pocket easily. It's perfect to jot down things I would want to remember!
In honor of Mother's Day tomorrow, Muse Renee is sharing a layout about herself. Don't forget to get yourself in the photo and onto those wonderful pages this Mother's Day!
YUM: Momma Loves Her Mickey Bars!
Hello Moxxie Nation! Renee from Scrap Owl <www.scrapowl.com> back on the blog today sharing just one of my many Disney layouts to come. That's one thing about a trip to Disney, there are always TONS of pictures to scrap!
I used pieces from both the new and "seasoned" Moxxie Magical Moments collections. But, I but you can't tell which is which!! All the pieces go together so well, you'll be tearing through your stash in no time.
For this layout, I used the Moxxie Magical Moments Miss Mouse (say that three-times-fast!) a-side as the base. I also used strips from the Moxxie Magical Moments Oh Boy a-side and the title strip for layering. I finished off the base with a strip from the Moxxie Magical Moments Magical Cutouts b-side.
The film strip title was created using a small section from the Moxxie Magical Moments Magical Cutouts a-side and the super fun new alphas that coordinate with this line. Aren't they adorable?!?! I think Miss Mouse would be proud.
The Mickey sticker is straight from the Magical Kingdom. I got him as part of a scrap set there, but let me tell you, for the price of those "official" kits I'm sure glad I have my Moxxie!!
