Hi All! Hopefully you're enjoying this beautiful spring weather we're having. When it's not windy, I love to take my scrappy materials outside, breathe in the fresh air, and really see how my scrappy bling sparkles in the sunlight. Anyone with me? Anyone? LOL
Today, as promised, I'm sharing another section from my greeting card envelope album. This section highlights all the work, and fun, my Phi Theta Kappa alumni association accomplished at a recent student leadership event.
As you can see, I used Moxxie's Winterland collection as the base for this section. Even though the event was held in October, ice skating and Frozen were running themes throughout the weekend so I wanted to capture that with my materials. However, I also worked in elements from Moxxie's new Volleyball line to highlight some of the key moments of our "down" time.
For my journaling, I wrote out a card and placed a picture on the back of it. Then I attached a vellum pocket to the page and placed the journal card inside. This way, when somebody pulls the card out, they can still see the skates behind the envelope.
I tried to keep the back side of the insert as simple as possible because the front already has a ton of layers. One thing about this type of mini album is that it bulks up fast! Or, it may just be that I have a secret obsession with foam tape - that isn't too much of a secret, though.
Again, I opted to stay with Moxxie's Winterland collection, using the a-side of Frozen. I used a strip of washi tape to give some foundation for the Moxxie Grey alpha stickers to create my title. I can honestly say that I LOVE the Moxxie Grey alpha stickers. They just seem to match everything.
Alright, scrappy friends! I hope you like this section of my album and get inspired to make your own. It's a great project and so easy to fill!!

I had so much fun layering the Winterland papers for this page. I used the 12 inch die-cut strip in place of the banners, fussy cut the snow banner and cute little snowman out of the Cutouts paper and then used some of Moxxie's awesome alphas for my title and date.
Remember you have until the 31st to link your paper-made take on this sketch for a chance to WIN one of our newly released lines!! Link up Here.
Stay close this week as we start to reveal the amazing projects our Muses have designed using those brand new releases. You won't be disappointed!
Today's sketch challenge brings you these fun Flip Book covers from Muse Renee Robbins
You can see on this first one she stuck closer to the sketch design then she did on this 2nd one.
But I really like how she used the sequins in place of the banners on this one. Renee used large 3D Zots to pop up the title stickers so the recipients can slide their pictures in behind it. Magical Moments was the perfect line for these cute flip books.
Amelia enjoyed the sketch so much she used it a 2nd time with the wonderful Winterland line. I love all of the snowflakes she punched out of the vellum and let them do twice the work for her by adding them along the top of the pages also.
Now lets see what you come up with using this sketch. Follow this link Here and link to WIN!
We have 2 more projects for you, but they will wait until Monday. Because tomorrow we have something special for you. Our New Winter release Blog Hop!!
Wendi used Dance to highlight her sweetie out on the dance floor. Wendi does a lot of distressing with many layers. She also did some sewing around the page to add a fun border. I love the circles Wendi added to the layout.
Daniella did a fabulous job turning this sketch into a card using the gorgeous Winterland line. She made the snowflake herself, then blinged it up by adding some gold glitter. I love the addition of gold.
Here's another look at the sketch. It really could be used for almost anything.
Don't forget to link up HERE. See you here tomorrow for another great project. ~Moxxie Ange
Amelia extended elements from the design across to a second page to give it a continuous flow from one side to the other. She then did some elaborate fussy cutting using Ice Skating and blinged it up with a bit of stickles. I love the skater she cut for the center of the left side.
Yes, you can even make a card from a 12x12 sketch. Really the possiblities are endless. JenT did such a fabulous job dressing this adorable little snowman from Winterland for the cold. I love the beautiful snowflake she added and the dimension is amazing.
You can see that she used the snowman twice for the layering 3D effect. So clever.
You can link your creation using this sketch at our Link page here. Come back tomorrow for more fantastic projects. ~Moxxie Ange

Hello! This month we are mixing things up a bit. Today we are going to start our month long challenge and it's a sketch! Who doesn't love a sketch right? Well one of our very talented designers created this sketch for us this month and for the next few days we will be showing you how our Muses used it to inspire their projects.
Here is the sketch created by Muse Samantha Taylor. Thanks Samantha!
As you can see Samantha stayed pretty close to the sketch. She changed the photo sizes a bit to work with the photos she was using and I love the way she used a baseball rub-on in place of one of the banners. She used a combination of Wrestling, Baseball and TeeBall for this layout.
Joan used a fun combination of Winterland and Hit the Slopes for her layout. Joan made this a one photo layout and also changed the overall size of the page to 8.5x11 but you can still see the sketch design. By replacing the single long banners with multiple little ones she's added more to her layout without overwhelming it. I love her use of the layered snowflake in place of the star in the sketch.
Link your paper-made take on this fun sketch below and you will be entered to win one of our brand new lines! Remember, you get 3 extra entries if you use Moxxie product on your project. (US addresses only please) This challenge will close Jan. 31
See you Monday with more awesome projects from our muses! ~Moxxie Ange

Let It Go!
As you read this title, are you humming the song? I am. If you have no idea what I am saying, go ask a 5 year old what "let it go" is? Go on...
I have an older daughter, and we have seen the movie. As all children's movies with catchy songs get stuck in our heads, I was struck by the beautiful colors of the two certain characters.
Therefore, when Moxxie came out with Winterland line, I knew I had to make a couple of cards for my movie crazed friends. Well, moms of the movie crazed friends.
I used the same title for each card and that was my starting point.
This lovely blue card has a paper bow and a few silver embellies to add shine.
This beautiful purple card had white snowflakes and a paper bow too.
I love how these came together and can't wait to send them out.
(Hopefully, I won't have to make any 5 year old birthday invitations with this line???)
