In my previous blog post I talked about using the "B side" of paper and trying to inspire crafters to use all parts of a piece of paper. In this post I just want to remind crafters to think out of the box of a 12 x 12 sheet of paper.
Today I made an envelope to coordinate with my previous card. I made this envelope with Moxxie's Grid Iron paper, yes, football paper.
I wanted to keep a touch of the football, because it is a Fall card and football is a very Fall thing. It's cheeky.
By adding very special embellishments and paper that coordinates, like Moxxie Autumn Glory, it loses all sportiness but leaves a beautiful creation that can be given to anyone.
So, the next time your looking for some inspiration, really look at the stuff that surrounds you. Look at its colors, or the backside, or upside down and see what you come up with.
